Conditions of return / withdrawal
Deadline for returning an item
Irrespective of the case of defective products, the Customer has a period of 7 clear days from the date of receipt of the goods to return the item(s) that do not suit him/her, subject to compliance with the conditions set out below.
Except for defective products, all returned products (clothing, shoes, original packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.) must be new and in their original packaging intact and without writing.
No return will be accepted and therefore no refund will be made if the returned products have been visibly damaged by the Customer and that this or these damages make the product unfit for sale.
Returns will be made by post, at the basic Colissimo rate.
In case of return of a defective product
The Customer may return a defective product to the following address:

Prior to this return, the Customer must contact Wind’s Riders via the contact page on the website.
In case of return of a defective product, after Wind’s Riders has ascertained that the product is faulty, Wind’s Riders will reimburse the Customer for all costs incurred, the price of the item(s) concerned, the shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
Any other defect in the product will be covered by the commercial warranty and/or the legal warranty, as specified in the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
